Courtyard Hampton Hotel

The shower door didn't close properly.

The hotel had marvellous location just off the great Park Lane pub, a village type shopping mall and other eateries. It also was within walking distance of the Coliseum.

Very friendly and professional staff, everything overall clean.

Ideal venue, with clean pool and absolutely perfect location to the events I had planned. Location short walk to a village type shopping mall with the great Park Lane pub and Hampton Convention center.

Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed our stay, but we faced issues with housekeeping and room maintenance. Despite that, the hotel boasts spacious rooms and a cute front desk staff. Ensure you request towels in advance and check for maintenance issues upon arrival.

Only there for one night, but overall the room was great! The bed was very comfortable.

We were not able to get clean towels the next morning.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! The location near the Colliseum allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The comfortable beds made for a decent night's sleep, ideal for families with children.

The bathroom fixtures felt old and needed an update.

For some reason our bed was not comfortable. Maybe it was just the pillows...they had no support and my girlfriend and I both had trouble sleeping.

Centrally located in Hampton near Waffle House and other eateries. It was quiet and very comfortable. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean. It would be nice if they offered some kind of shower gel like most Mariotts do. The soap is very drying to the skin.

The pool was nice and clean . The patio overlooking the pool was also nice.

The bed was not firm enough to get comfortable. The pillows were also flat.

Easy to find, clean room, quiet, nice stay

Charging a hold on the room price---paid with debit card--this is not good BUSINESS--did not like that part of visit and will have to take this into consideration when traveling.

The location near the Coliseum was fantastic for exploring local dining options. While I noticed the need for some room updates, the staff's friendly service made up for it. A satisfying experience.

Friendly staff and great location, but the lounge area could be cleaner.

My kids wished there was a breakfast option included, as it would have made mornings easier for our big family. The room felt a bit outdated for the price we paid.
